Wadari Ubud Retreat is a unique boutique hotel located away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery and local villages. Enjoy the sounds of nature, reconnect with the simple pleasures of life through mindfulness practices and focused discussions on wellbeing.
Programme starts 4.30pm 8th June, ends 4.00pm 10th June.
If you plan to leave right after the programme ends, you will only be charged for 2N stay, fees will be adjusted accordingly.
All meals are included in the retreat package so you don't have to fret over where to go. Less decisions to make, more space in our mind to focus on the experience. Both local and western options are available at the in-house restaurant.

There will be a mixture of
non-religious meditation exercises, personal reflections, group discussions. All guided by Lilian, a certified Mindfulness teacher with 20 years' experience in the field of mental and emotional wellbeing.
You will also receive an exclusive wellness journal with valuable tips to continue improving your wellbeing after the retreat.
For those who would like more in-depth mindfulness practices, you can opt to join evening sessions on Days 2 and 3. It will be held online so you join from the comfort of your hotel room.
Perfect way to wind down for a good night's sleep.
Airport transfer by private car will be arranged for you to enjoy hassle-free travel. It takes about 1.5hrs car ride between Bali Denpasar Airport and the hotel.
